Founding Father and Owners have the complete command of the Scrim Team. But Owners has to ask for approval of any major changes in ST from a higher rank.
Leaders can promote to recruter without asking higher rank, but to promote to Co-Leader they have to ask. They can accept scrim battles.
Co-Leaders can promote to recruter only if they ask the higher rank member. They can accpet scrim battles.
Recruiters can only recrut.
Members be patient and wait to be promoted. But be active.
