Many problems with ET

Hello,

I played Wolfenstein Enemy Territory many times, but now for the first time i got many bugs. Please help me with them:

1. When i connect any server my name is ETPlayer
2. I can't make binds with big letters like 'A' in my binds, they come out like 'a'
3. When i connect to a some servers i can play like 5 seconds and then i get disconnected without a reason.
